You can reach us about your personal data using the contact details at the end of this page.\n\n## What we collect\n\n- **Account details:** your email, display name and password (stored as a one-way hash; we can't read your password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name and Google account ID.\n- **Sign-in details:** operating system, browser, device type and when you used the service, so you stay signed in and can see which devices are using your account.\n- **What you make:** your programs, the devices and robots linked to your account, and your mission results and stars.\n- **Payments:** if you buy something, payment goes through Stripe. We keep only the amount, status and a reference number. We never see or store your card number.\n- **Website usage:** only if you accept cookies (see Cookies).\n- **Messages you send us** by email or LINE.\n\n## Playing as a guest\n\nYou can play the missions without signing up. We then create a temporary account with no email or real name. That account, with its programs, stars and virtual devices, is deleted automatically within 24 hours unless you sign up to keep it.\n\n## What we use it for\n\n- To provide the service you ask for, such as your account, saving programs and connecting robots (contract).\n- To send necessary emails, such as email confirmation and password resets (contract).\n- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems (legitimate interest).\n- To keep accounting and tax records for payments (legal obligation).\n- To see which pages and missions people use, so we can improve them (consent, only if you accept cookies).\n\nWe don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.\n\n## Cookies\n\n- **Necessary cookies** keep you signed in and remember settings such as language and light\u002Fdark theme. These don't need consent.\n- **Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)** count visitors and the pages they use. They only run after you press \"Accept\". If you don't, your browser never loads Google Analytics.\n\nYou can change your mind at any time from \"Cookie settings\" at the bottom of every page. The setting applies to both funfunrobotic.com and cloud.funfunrobotic.com.\n\n## Children and students\n\nFunFunRobotic is made for children and students too. For children under 10, a parent or teacher must sign up or give consent for them, and we ask that a nickname or other name that doesn't identify the child is used as the display name. If you're a parent and find that your child gave us data without your consent, contact us and we'll delete it.\n\n## Who receives data\n\nWe share data only with the service providers the platform needs to work:\n\n- **Google**, for Google sign-in, sending system emails and Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies).\n- **Stripe**, for payments.\n- **DigitalOcean**, the server provider where the platform's data is stored.\n\nThese providers may store data outside Thailand and apply internationally recognised data protection safeguards. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.\n\n## How long we keep it\n\n- Guest accounts: deleted automatically within 24 hours.\n- Member accounts: kept while the account is in use. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.\n- Payment records: kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.\n- Google Analytics data: kept according to our Google Analytics settings, no longer than 14 months.\n\n## Your rights\n\nUnder the PDPA you have the right to access and get a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a reusable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.
